Shipping service

We dispatch all our parcels from Sydney, Australia, via Sendle. They are insured and usually require a signature on delivery.

Order processing times

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is paid in full.

For pre-orders, please check the item's description for information regarding the estimated date of shipping. Subscribe to our mailing list to receive notifications about any delays. Once pre-order items arrive at our warehouse, we will send an email to all customers, requesting confirmation of their address and informing them of the imminent dispatch.

Shipping destinations and cost

To check if your destination is serviced and to view the shipping fee, please enter your address on the checkout page. We cover most countries worldwide, except for those under sanctions. For Ukraine, we provide a separate service using Australia Post. Please note that some addresses cannot be delivered to (e.g., PO Boxes). If you order to an unsupported address, we will ask you to provide a different one.

Customs duties and taxes

Please be aware that orders are shipped as Delivery Duties Unpaid, which means that the receiver is responsible for any potential taxes, customs duties, or charges associated with the parcel. For more information, visit Sendle's website.

Shipment tracking

You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched. However, once the parcel enters the destination country and is handed over to the local postal service, tracking may not always work reliably.

International delivery times

For international delivery estimates, please refer to Sendle's website. In summary, NZ, Asia, UK, EU, US, and Canada all have delivery times under 20 business days. However, please keep in mind that this is just an estimate, and the parcel may experience delays for various reasons beyond our control. If your order is running late (more than 2 business days), please let us know, and we will contact the shipping company.
